Tianning has over 15 years' experience in the Hong Kong equity capital market, specializing in Hong Kong initial public offerings as well as other equity linked transactions. He advises both investment banks and issuers on global offerings and listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and has assisted clients to raise over US$60 billion through issuance of securities. Tianning also acts as regulatory compliance and M&A counsels for Hong Kong listed companies and advises clients on placement and strategic investment matters.
