Tim is a corporate partner in the Osborne Clarke London office. Tim has particular expertise in relation to mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Tim has specialised in M&A and private equity for more than 20 years. He joined Osborne Clarke in 2017 from another international law firm, where he had been head of private equity.

Tim regularly advises private equity funds, portfolio companies, management teams and sellers, selling to private equity.
