He has particular experience in the use of technology and digitization in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Financial Services and Professional Services sectors. Andrew is a partner in our Digital Business Group in London.

His practice areas and experiences focus on technology transactions and advisory services including advising on large-scale technology implementations; online technologies; AI; quantum computing; data analytics; and outsourcing agreements. He has been advising on cloud computing and digital transformation projects for nearly two decades, has led on Generative AI implementation at the earliest stages of their enterprise use and has guided numerous multinationals over the hurdles of increased technology regulation and large-scale data convergence.
