Concentrates on the representation of management in employment, labor and employee benefits counseling and litigation, including traditional labor law, federal, state and local employment laws, federal and state wage-hour laws, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Has litigated and argued in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the United States.
