Co-chair of the firm's global antitrust practice. In private practice and government, he has been involved in online competition matters, large mergers (Disney/21st Century Fox, Facebook/WhatsApp, Expedia/Orbitz, Merck/Schering-Plough), private antitrust litigation, criminal matters, and Supreme Court cases. He specializes in global antitrust and competition law practice and works closely with the firm’s white collar practice on criminal antitrust enforcement and investigative matters.
