Co-chair of the firm's global antitrust practice. In private practice and government, he has been involved in online competition matters, large mergers (Disney/21st Century Fox, Facebook/WhatsApp, Expedia/Orbitz, Merck/Schering-Plough), private antitrust litigation, criminal matters, and Supreme Court cases. He specializes in global antitrust and competition law practice and works closely with the firm’s white collar practice on criminal antitrust enforcement and investigative matters.

Chair of OECD Competition subcommittee (2006-2008), Steering Committee of the ICN (2005-2008). Before 2004, he was a leader in Covington’s antitrust practice and taught classes at Georgetown and Virginia law schools.
