Thomas E Repke

Tom Repke has advised numerous companies on their important strategic transactions for over 30 years. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, including public and private, and other corporate transactions.

Tom structures and negotiates both domestic and cross-border transactions, and regularly represents clients in numerous industries, including: manufacturing and industrial, defense, government contracting, technology and life sciences; and

assists clients with general corporate matters, including restructurings, governance and compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, Tom was Chief M&A Counsel at Tyco International where he led M&A, joint venture, and investment transactions across all of the Company’s business units, successfully completing over 100 transactions in countries throughout the world.
