Thinawat Bukhamana

Thinawat is Head of the Banking and Finance Practice Group and has been a member of the Financial Services Practice Group for over 17 years. He joined Baker McKenzie in 1989 and became a Partner in 1995. In his more than 30 years at Baker McKenzie, Thinawat has been recognized for applying his unique expertise in advising both local and multinational companies and banks on project and corporate financing, banking and finance regulations, loans (bilateral and syndicated loans), derivatives, and financial products. He is renowned for providing clients with innovative and ground-breaking solutions and his commitment to maintaining trusted client relationships. His dedication to client service is demonstrated by his continued long-term, strong relationships with Thailand's largest companies.

Joined Baker McKenzie, Bangkok in 1989. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a legal analyst for the merchant banking division of a leading Thai bank.
