Our unique expertise includes both debt and equity financing and representing both borrowers and lenders including local and international commercial banks, syndicated lenders, corporate entities, and sponsors/project companies. We regularly represent all types of financial institutions, including investment banks, securities firms, and insurance companies; venture capitalists; and start-ups; as well as clients across various industries such as real estate; energy, mining and infrastructure; consumer goods and retail; industrials, manufacturing, and transport; and technology, media and telecoms.
