While working in the Firm’s London and Manila offices, Sebastian gained valuable offshore experience in the area of real estate and trust law.

Sebastian advises on structured property transactions and on the acquisition, development and sale of hotels and resorts, bifurcated property and business structures, industrial, commercial and mixed use developments. As a seasoned adviser on property development, Sebastian is highly experienced in complex title structuring, purpose built facilities, agreement for leases, development agreements, joint venture agreements and associated trust and taxation structuring. Sebastian also has a large commercial leasing practice and specialises in purpose built facilities under agreement for leases and tax effective lease incentive arrangements. His clients include major property developers, major corporate tenants, institutional investors, hotels and resorts, and REITs industry participants.
