Thibaut Kazémi is involved in mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters, in France and in Africa, alongside leading industrial players, the shareholders of family held groups, growth companies and investment funds. He is particularly active in cross-border transactions, the negotiation of joint ventures and strategic alliances and, more generally, of complex business and industrial agreements.
Thibaut advises his French and foreign clients in numerous business sectors and has, in particular, developed an expertise in the fields of telecommunications, media and new technologies, as well as in the energy sector.
Before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Thibaut practiced for approximately fifteen years in Anglo-Saxon law firms (Lovells (now Hogan Lovells), Norton Rose and Jones Day).
