Pauline Leddet-Troadec acts both in litigation (before administrative, civil and criminal courts) and regulatory advisory work. She has a strong track record in enforcement actions, compliance investigations, and environmental disputes. She focuses on matters regarding industrial environmental law including classified facilities, industrial risks, contaminated sites and soils, water or air impacts, technological risk prevention plans (French “PPRT” regulations) and chemical products.
Pauline advises on waste management and circular economy and also works on negotiation and drafting of contractual clauses for real estate transactions (sale and lease back operations, leases agreement, etc.). In addition, she counsels clients on matters regarding sustainable development and biodiversity issues, such as compensation obligations, protected species derogations, etc.
Pauline Leddet-Troadec advises a broad range of clients, including major French and international industrial groups, energy and infrastructure operators, real estate developers and public entities, often on their most strategic and sensitive environmental matters.
