Lawyer at the Paris Bar (1990), Jean Latournerie is founder Partner of Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats and co-manages the Public Business Law practice since 1995. Jean Latournerie has advised ministries, public entities, mixed‑economy operators and leading industrial groups, contributing to major transformations of the French economic landscape. His deep understanding of market dynamics and public‑sector decision‑making makes him a reference figure in French public law.
Jean is recognized for his capacity to intervene across the entire value chain, from strategic advisory to complex administrative and constitutional litigation. His practice covers the technical areas of public law, including sovereignty and national‑interest regulations, environmental public law, urban planning, land use, major development projects, public procurement, concessions and PPPs, regulated industries (energy, transport, telecom, health). In litigation, he represents clients before administrative courts, the Conseil d’État and EU jurisdictions.
Prior to founding Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats, Jean began his career at the law firm Siméon Moquet Borde & Associés, then at Moquet Borde & Associés prior to joining the law firm Cammarata & Montfort.
