Teun is a partner at Brinkhof and specialises in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts.
Teun regularly advises on complex IT and sourcing transactions, including private tenders and public procurement procedures. His clients operate across a wide range of sectors, including finance, energy, sports, retail and media. Having advised both buyers and vendors, Teun brings a well-rounded understanding of the commercial and strategic interests on both sides of the negotiating table. In addition to his transactional practice, Teun has significant experience in IT disputes and litigation. He represents clients in complex contractual disputes involving software development, outsourcing, licensing and failed IT implementations.
Teun joined Brinkhof from DLA Piper Amsterdam in 2018.
