Quinten Kroes (partner) has been active in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors since 1995, advising and litigating concerning regulatory and competition matters. He advises various providers of electronic communication networks in proceedings before the Dutch Authority Consumer & Market and in court, on issues such as network access, price regulation and big data. He has also advised telecoms providers and radio broadcasters on the various frequency allocations that have taken place over recent years.

Quinten has many legal publications to his name and currently chairs the editorial board of the Dutch media and communications law review Mediaforum. He is the author of the book E-Business Law of the European Union (Kluwer International), and contributes to the publication Telecommunicatierecht, Tekst & Commentaar (Kluwer). He teaches telecommunications law as a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam. Quinten is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.
