Tessa leads DMH Stallard’s Personal Injury team. Her team handles the full range of personal injury claims, mainly focusing on claimant work.

Her practice is primarily focused on sensitive cases dealing with clients who may need considerable amounts of support and care throughout the process. Many of these clients have sustained injuries that have had a profound impact on their daily lives and future prospects. Tessa is committed to ensuring that her clients receive as much support and guidance as necessary.

Tessa has considerable experience in dealing with employer’s liability, occupier's liability, public liability, road traffic, criminal injury and product liability matters. Additionally Tessa has a particular specialism in clinical and dental negligence and cosmetic surgery claims.
