Tessa heads up the Personal Injury Group within the firm’s dispute resolution team, dealing with both personal injury and clinical negligence matters.
Her focus is on catastrophic, sensitive and life changing cases, supporting clients and families that need a considerable amount of care, ensuring that they are compensated for their injuries, and their current and future needs provided for.
She is known for her empathetic approach and for her commitment to ensuring the claims process is as undemanding as possible to allow clients to recover and/or come to terms with their injuries without adding any further worry with the trauma of litigation.
Some of her caseload results from accidents; some involve clinical negligence. Clinical and dental negligence and cosmetic surgery claims are a particular specialism.
