Greg has 20 years’ experience advising on employment matters, providing business owners and manager with strategic advice and guiding them through day-to-day challenges.
His ability to build strong relationships with business owners, Board members and HR teams means that he enjoys many long term client relationships which span a wide range of industry sectors ranging from manufacturing, facilities management and aviation to quasi-governmental and not-for-profit organisations.
He supports businesses through complex change management programmes, and business critical projects including restructures, senior employee exits and settlement agreements, TUPE, changing contracts of employment. He also has significant experience of managing complex and financially valuable Tribunal claims and advises on all potential claims including unfair dismissal and discrimination.
Greg also acts for senior executives to plan and negotiate their exits from their roles, including advising on settlement agreements including enhanced termination packages, restrictive covenants, share options and LTIPs.
Greg is one of the key members of the firm’s GDPR team, and works with various clients to ensure their compliance with GDPRs.
