Tanya is a derivatives and structured finance specialist.
She advises across a wide range of derivatives asset classes and product types, with a particular focus on structured credit, repackaging programmes, capital relief trades, emerging markets and sustainability linked financings. She has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, including those with a US nexus (having spent 4 years with the AOS New York office). Recently Tanya has structured a number of securitisations involving novel risk retention structures, driven at capital relief benefits. She has also been involved in a number of highly structured transactions providing funding and liquidity to insurance companies. Tanya has been involved in a number of large scale regulatory reform projects such as the implementation of the uncleared margin rules and IBOR reform. She has also spent time on secondment to a major financial institution.
