Yves is Head of Belgium Finance.

Yves advises a mix of commercial banks, private debt funds and borrowers on financial transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, project finance (especially in the renewable energy sector), syndicated loans, debt restructuring and asset-based finance.

Before joining the Banking & Finance department, Yves was a member of the Belgium Corporate department, covering corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
