She has extensive experience with cross-border transactions, including those with a US nexus (having spent 4 years with the New York office). Tanya has been involved in a number of large scale regulatory reform projects such as the implementation of the uncleared margin rules, IBOR reform and the transition of various trading relationships in the futures space due to Brexit. She has also spent time on secondment to a major financial institution.
