Yvonne has extensive experience advising financial institutions and corporates in Chinese inbound and outbound financing transactions, including acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance and structured lending.

On project finance, she has a focus on advising Chinese lenders and sponsors on outbound transactions. She advises on major energy and infrastructure projects, often in emerging markets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the “Belt & Road” countries.

In aviation sector, Yvonne has extensive experience advising financiers and airlines in a range of asset-finance transactions and structures. Her experience includes operating leases, sales and leasebacks, ECA-supported financings, U.S. Eximbank guaranteed financings, tax-based financings and new and used aircraft purchases. Yvonne has particular experience in the Greater China market
