Tanja Luginbühl is a partner specialising in restructuring and insolvency, corporate and M&A and private clients. She leads the Restructuring and Insolvency group from our firm’s Zurich office and has been involved in numerous national and cross-border cases, representing companies, financial institutions and creditors. Tanja regularly advises Swiss and international private clients on succession matters, international trust and estate planning, and charity law. Her experience also encompasses family office services alongside extensive expertise in aircraft lease and finance transactions.
