Simone Ehrsam is a corporate partner based in our Zurich office, where she advises clients on all aspects of Swiss business law. She has extensive experience representing clients in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including public tender offers.
She recently represented, among others, Baloise in its merger with Helvetia, Rieter in the acquisition of Barmag from OC Oerlikon, Orascom Development Holding in the public tender offer by LPSO Holding, CREALOGIX in the public tender offer by Vencora UK Limited, Krones AG in the acquisition of all shares in Netstal Maschinen AG from KraussMaffei, and Amundi in the acquisition of Alpha Associates.
She has been admitted as an expert to the SIX Swiss Exchange for Listing Purposes and lectures on the LL.M. programme at the University of Zurich.
