Matthias Wolf is a partner in the Corporate and M&A department of Lenz & Staehelin in Zurich. He advises primarily in the fields of M&A, banking and finance, capital markets and on corporate law matters. His experience covers public and private M&A with a focus on cross-border transactions. He regularly advises private and listed companies on corporate governance and securities laws matters. He is admitted as an expert to the SIX Swiss Exchange for Listing Purposes, lecturer on M&A subjects in the LL.M. program of the University of Zurich and co-editor of the law journal "Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht (GesKR)".
