Career

Patrick Schärli is a Partner in the Zurich Office where he co-heads the capital markets practice. He is also a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance as well as Corporate and M&A practice groups. Patrick has a broad and diversified capital markets practice advising issuers and banks (underwriters) in equity, equity-linked and debt offerings. In addition, Patrick regularly advises clients on financial services regulatory matters, including cross-border transaction and licensing topics. He is a member of the editorial board of the corporate and capital markets law journal "Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht (GesKR)" and a member of the editorial staff of the internet based law journal "CapLaw". Patrick regularly publishes articles and other contributions in legal commentaries and law journals.
