Tammy Yuen

Tammy Yuen specializes in professional liability insurance coverage, particularly for directors and officers, serving as coverage counsel for both domestic and international insurance companies. She navigates complex coverage issues involving securities, fiduciary duty breaches, consumer actions, insolvency, and government proceedings and other financial matters and disputes.

Tammy drafts policy forms and endorsements and litigates insurance coverage disputes. Previously, she handled diverse commercial disputes, including securities class actions, antitrust matters, intellectual property disputes, and employment discrimination cases. She also represented clients in government and internal investigations related to accounting irregularities.
