Michael M. Marick

Michael M. Marick, a partner of Skarzynski Marick & Black, is widely regarded as one of the country's preeminent insurance attorneys. He represents insurers across the United States in coverage and bad faith litigation, in trial courts and on appeal. Has served as lead and national coordinating counsel to insurers in litigation and arbitration over coverage for mass tort and environmental matters (including opioids, asbestos, chemical exposures, sexual abuse, pharmaceutical products, and cleanup actions). He is a frequent speaker and author on insurance issues, has served as a reinsurance arbitrator, a consulting and testifying expert on insurance issues, and for many years was a professor of insurance law.
