Tahina is an experienced Matrimonial Finance barrister who has been a member of chambers in Exeter, Manchester and Southampton. In Southampton she has been the Head of Family Finance for a large regional chambers before moving to become a Sole Practitioner to continue to provide a service to solicitors and other legal professionals for the benefit of clients.

In addition to these she has been in-house counsel for a number of law firms specialising in complex areas such as Estate and Pension Trustee advice.

Tahina specialises in complex structural financial matters arising from family matters including divorce and separation as well as death and contentious overseas trusts. She has considerable experience in all matters concerning family business and finance, from sham trusts and overseas assets to the establishment of companies and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including cases involving the UAE, Russia and Hong Kong.

She is known for her ability to “make the complex seem simple” for her clients.

Tahina’s knowledge of family law and her chancery / business practice means she is well versed in matters that cross over practice areas.
