Tadhgh is a specialist family practitioner with a focus on complex and international children and financial proceedings, including child abduction and contact, relocation/leave to remove applications, forum disputes, financial provision for children under Schedule 1, and cases with multi-national/global asset portfolios. He maintains a deliberate balance across finance and children to cover all potential areas for his clients. He is regularly instructed as junior or sole counsel and appears against leading juniors and silks in the High Court.
Tadhgh was named Young Barrister of the Year at the Family Law Awards in 2024. He has been awarded multiple scholarships, including a Pegasus Scholarship to the American Inns of Court (2022) and has completed the Keble Dutton Advanced International Advocacy Course at Keble College, Oxford (2025).
Tadhgh is a sought-after conference speaker on both English and International Family Law issues and regularly acts as a delegate of the Bar Council of England and Wales. He is also a mediator for both children and finance disputes and an accredited advocacy trainer.
