Charlotte practises in all areas of family finance, including applications for financial remedies following the dissolution of a marriage or civil partnership, Schedule One of the Children Act 1989 or TOLATA 1996. She has experience acting in cases concerning high-level assets, including the Akhmedova litigation (enforcement of a financial remedies award for £450 million).

Charlotte represents parents in disputes concerning all issues of parental responsibility: child arrangements, schooling, health and welfare, and cases with an international element, including applications to remove children permanently from the jurisdiction.
Charlotte has experience dealing with cases with complex safeguarding issues, including international child trafficking, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, domestic abuse, severe neglect and the causation of non-accidental injuries to a child.

Charlotte is a dual-qualified arbitrator (finance and children), and also provides mediation and private FDRs/ ENEs. Her experience of both financial and welfare proceedings mean she is often instructed to provide all-issues NCDR to support families to a resolution following relationship breakdown.
