Susanne is a highly experienced property professional and advises on a full range of non-contentious real estate matters and in particular is a trusted adviser in relation to investment property, sales/purchases, landlord and tenant transactions and commercial development, funding and property due diligence on corporate transactions. Susanne acts Cambridge Colleges, corporate investors and end users, not for profit organisations, pension funds, family run businesses, charities and local authorities.

Susanne has significant experience in the technology and life sciences sector and also in the food and leisure industry.

Career

Susanne read law at Birmingham University before completing her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. Susanne trained at Freeth Cartwright Hunt Dickins in Nottingham qualifying in 1998 and joined Hewitsons in Cambridge in1999. Susanne moved to the East Midlands where she worked for a number of years but returned to Hewitsons in August 2007 and was made partner in the Real Estate Team in 2016.
