Susan M Tyler

Susan Tyler has over thirty years of experience in commercial real estate and development, commercial lending, commercial leasing, and title examination.

Susan represents developers, owners, lenders, and other business clients in a diverse range of commercial real estate projects across a broad array of asset categories. She has advised clients in construction projects; mixed-use commercial, hospitality, hotel, multi-family, and condominium developments; office building, retail, shopping center, bank and financial institution transactions; and other real estate and land use matters. Her representation also includes acting as real estate counsel to the developer team in the 2018 construction financing, and ongoing redevelopment, of the iconic World Trade Center in New Orleans as a Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. Susan is a licensed title insurance agent, a certified public accountant, and is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Florida, and Texas.
