He represents private equity funds, family investment offices, and individuals in a wide breadth of M&A and direct investment activities. Chip helps companies with strategic acquisitions, but is just as adept at the seller-side of deals. He works closely with family and closely held companies in planning and structuring their businesses efficiently, often through the use of LLCs.
