Amy Garrity Scafidel

Amy Scafidel focuses her practice on commercial lending and financial transactions. She has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in connection with a wide variety of commercial lending transactions, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting all types of senior, subordinated, secured, and unsecured syndicated financial and other lending transactions. She also has experience with asset-based financings, acquisition financings, working capital facilities, high yield and investment grade bond offerings, various hedging arrangements, securitization lending transactions, and oil and gas secured financings. In addition to her finance work, Amy represents clients in acquisitions and real estate matters.
