Susan Elgin

Susan Elgin represents businesses in employment litigation and counsels on employment law. Susan defends employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, minimum wage and overtime violations, and leave and disability law cases.
