Mary Will

Mary Will advises employers on employment laws and workplace actions. She partners with clients to provide business strategies and solutions tailored to their specific needs, taking into account the business environment and culture in which each employer operates. Mary is experienced in all types of discrimination and harassment matters providing compliance, investigation, and litigation assistance to clients in a variety of industries. Mary also advises on trade secret and non-compete matters, employee discipline and termination matters, employment policies, workplace training and preventative actions. In addition, Mary assists with employment-related diligence, review and integration issues in corporate transactions.

Mary is also Deputy General Counsel to Faegre Drinker. In that capacity, she advises the firm and its lawyers regarding ethical issues, conflicts of interest and other legal matters.
