Mark Weakley

Mark Weakley offers decades of experience providing counsel to fund sponsors and managers in and outside of the United States. He assists on pre-formation structuring and organizational planning, and drafting of documents such as offering materials, limited partnership or limited liability company agreements, subscription documents and general partner and investment manager documents. Mark works with funds in all major asset categories, including private equity, venture, real estate and hedge funds.

Mark is also transactional counsel to venture capital funds that invest in growth technology companies as well as corporate counsel to such companies from their early stages to “exits.” Mark has played a critical role in executing high-value mergers and acquisitions.
