Sturgis M Sobin

Mr. Sobin has represented clients in more than 65 ITC Section 337 investigations and related district court litigation, and served as lead trial counsel in complex trials covering a range of technologies and commercially valuable IP rights. He has assisted clients with 337 enforcement issues before US Customs and the US Court of International Trade, and served as global coordinating counsel for IP disputes spanning multiple countries, including China.
