Front end work: drafting and negotiation of EPC, O&M, concessions and related contracts in a range of energy and infrastructure projects including LNG, offshore gas pipelines, petrochemicals, hydrogen, CCGT power, bridge and road construction, ship construction and conversion.
Disputes: advising and representing clients in all types of construction-related disputes including delay and disruption claims, defects, variations, works valuation disputes and plant performance problems.
