Career

Stuart is a partner based in our Perth office. Stuart is the quintessential senior statesperson of the firm’s international Energy & Resources team. He is widely respected and recognised as an industry leader. Stuart’s areas of practice include major project acquisition and divestment, project structuring, development and financing (and particularly LNG project development) and the negotiation of State Agreements; unitisation; gas sale and transportation, pipeline development (onshore and offshore), commodity purchase and sale and advice on the applicable legislative regimes (OPGGSA, PSC’s, Timor Gap JPDA etc.). His recent work includes advising in CCS and Offshore wind projects.
