Andrew advises on a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects and Public Private Partnerships across a variety of sectors acting for government, project sponsors and contractors. He is particularly well-regarded for his work on major road and rail projects and their associated infrastructure including over station developments. A testament to his expertise in the area, Andrew has a core stable of clients who engage him on their major projects including CIMIC, Pacific Partnerships, UGL, Acciona, John Holland and Gamuda.

Linear infrastructure including advising:
o bidders in relation to the Linewide Alliance Package of Suburban Rail Loop;
o Energy Corporation of NSW on the procurement of transmission infrastructure for the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, New England Renewable Energy Zone and Hunter Central Coast Renewable Energy Zone;
o the Canberra Metro consortium/project vehicle on Stages 1 and 2A of the ACT’s first transport PPP, ACT Capital Metro PPP Stages 1 and 2A;
o the Momentum Trains consortium on the ongoing delay and other issues facing the Regional Rail PPP Project (NSW);
o bidders in relation to the Torrens to Darlington road alliance project;
o bidders in relation to the Stations, O&M and Hunter Street ISD packages of Sydney Metro West;
o bidders in relation to the Station Boxes and Tunnels package and Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance PPP package of Sydney Metro: Western Sydney Airport;
o Transport for NSW on the procurement aspects of the Great Western Highway Upgrade project (East, West & Central packages);
o Gamuda and Ferrovial on the Coffs Harbour Bypass PPP; and
o the OneLink consortium on its bid for the primary package of the North East Link PPP.
Other infrastructure including advising:
o BGIS on its successful bid for Geelong Convention & Exhibition Centre PPP;
o advising Energy Australia and Centennial Coal in relation to various disputes concerning the Mount Piper Water Treatment Plant project; and
o John Holland on its successful tender to construct the new Sydney Football Stadium.
