Steve has extensive experience counseling employers on all aspects of labor and employment law, and litigating before multiple state and federal courts and enforcement agencies. His arbitration experience ranges from private arbitration pursuant to mandatory arbitration agreements to traditional labor arbitration, to public sector arbitration.
Founded Winterbauer & Diamond in 1996. Before that he was a partner and chairperson of the Employment and Labor Group at Foster Pepper & Shefelman.
