Steven Hsu

Steven Hsu is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the Hong Kong office.

Steven's practice focuses on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings in Hong Kong and the U.S., dual primary offerings and secondary offerings. He has advised on some of the most high-profile IPOs of leading Chinese companies, with a particularly strong track record in sectors such as technology, consumer goods and life sciences. Steven is also highly experienced in advising listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

Steven is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
