Steven's practice focuses on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPO) in Hong Kong and the U.S., dual primary and secondary listings, and rights offerings. He has advised on some of the most high-profile IPOs of leading Chinese companies, with a particularly strong track record in sectors such as technology, financial services, consumer goods, life sciences, real estate and infrastructure. Steven is also highly experienced in advising listed companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. He has been named to the “Growth Drivers” of The A-List 2025–26 by China Business Law Journal, and was recognized as a "Rising Star of the Year" by IFLR Asia Pacific Awards in 2019.
