Kay Ian Ng is the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Hong Kong office and a leading Hong Kong corporate lawyer with 35 years of experience. His practice focus is capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. On capital markets, Mr. Ng has advised on more than 100 completed Hong Kong IPOs and securities offerings, raising more than $100 billion in aggregate. On mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Ng works extensively on private sales and purchases, strategic investments and public takeovers, including some landmark transactions in the Greater China market. He is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
