Olivier de Vilmorin is the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Paris office and head of the Firm’s European M&A Practice. He is a member of the Paris and New York bars, and frequently advises both French and international clients on a wide variety of prominent mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets transactions. Mr. de Vilmorin has considerable experience representing purchasers, sellers and financial institutions in mergers and acquisitions of listed and private companies.
In capital markets, Mr. de Vilmorin is highly accomplished in advising both issuers and underwriters in a range of debt and equity transactions.
