Dr. Rauch has represented and advised industry-leading clients, with a special focus on family-owned businesses, in a wide range of innovative and groundbreaking M&A transactions, often developing novel deal structures and implementing first-of-its-kind transaction concepts.

He also has extensive experience advising clients on general corporate measures and corporate governance topics, including transformational transactions such as spin-offs and carve-outs, post-transaction measures (e.g. squeeze-outs), and shareholder meetings.
