Stephen has experience in advising on a variety of OTC derivatives transactions and structured finance transactions and was an integral member of the Linklaters team which acted for ISDA in drafting the 2011 Equity Derivatives Definitions.

He has recently been involved in advising dealers and buy-side institutions in relation to strategic equity derivatives, margin financings, structured credit derivatives, structured repos, close-out netting and collateral arrangements, and complex hedging arrangements in relation to project, real estate and LBO financings.

Since relocating from London to Hong Kong in 2014, he has also been closely involved in major structural developments with respect to the PRC (including, mostly recently, H-share full circulation) and related cross-border transactions.
