Stephen Farrell

Practice Areas

Stephen is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team. He is dual qualified in Scotland and in England & Wales.

He advises clients in both the public and private sectors on a wide range of contentious property issues, with particular experience in landlord and tenant disputes. He also has experience in the telecommunications sector, acting for operators under the Communications Code.

Professional Memberships

Stephen is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the British Association for Sport and Law. He is also a tutor on the civil litigation course on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.
