Stephanie Teicher is a partner of the firm's New York Banking Practice. Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Teicher was a partner at another leading global law firm, where she served on the firm’s policy committee (its highest governing body) and as co-head of the firm’s private equity practice. She represents private equity firms, portfolio companies, strategic investors, banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, private placements and other types of complex and traditional financings. Ms. Teicher’s practice extends across all industries, with a particular emphasis on telecommunications, media and technology.
