Career

Stephanie appears regularly in planning inquiries and in Court for both developers and planning authorities. She has particular expertise in large-scale projects including energy infrastructure. She also acts for major housebuilders and land promoters as well as local authorities in relation to housing, mixed use, retail and employment schemes. Current instructions include a number of solar NSIPs, promoting major housing schemes across the country, advising authorities on local plans and acting in a number of ongoing court challenges including representing the Secretary of State.

Stephanie is consistently rated as one of the top planning juniors in the country and is appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional B Panel of Counsel.
